For builders

AV Partner for Sioux Falls Home Builders.

Your buyers expect speakers in the ceiling, Wi-Fi that reaches the garage, and a TV wall without a cord in sight. We pre-wire at rough-in, trim out at finish, and hand the homeowner a system that's easy to live with. One flat quote up front, one point of contact, on your schedule.

Pre-wire & structured wiring

What we handle

Wire it once, while the walls are open. It lives behind the drywall for the life of the home, so we run brand-name cable and gear chosen to last, not the cheapest box on the shelf.

Structured wiring

Cat6 home runs to the rooms and access-point locations that need them, back to a clean, labeled central panel or rack with power and ventilation.

Wi-Fi access point drops

Wired, ceiling-mounted access point locations planned for full coverage, including garages and lower levels, so the finished home has no dead zones.

Camera pre-wire

PoE drops to doorbell, driveway, and yard camera locations, ready for an NDAA-compliant camera system at trim.

Audio pre-wire

In-ceiling and outdoor speaker wire for kitchens, living rooms, patios, and decks, zoned and labeled, so buyers can add speakers now or later without opening walls.

TV & theater pre-wire

In-wall conduit at every TV location, plus surround and theater room rough-in, so the finished install has no visible wires.

Trim-out & install

After finish, we install the speakers, TVs, network, and cameras the homeowner picks, and leave the rack tidy enough to show off.

Working with us

How we work with your schedule

Rough-in and trim-out are the anchors, and we're back in between whenever the build calls for it.

  1. 01

    Plan review

Send us the plans and we'll mark up locations and give you one flat quote, per home or per package, locked up front. Changes are quoted before they're done, and we bill when the work's complete.

  2. 02

    Rough-in

We pre-wire after electrical, before insulation, on the date your super sets, working around your other trades so we don't hold up the schedule.

  3. 03

    Trim-out

After paint, we install and finish the devices, timed so flooring and punch list keep moving.

  4. 04

    Homeowner handoff

A labeled patch panel, a simple map of what goes where, and a walkthrough with the buyer. Their system questions come to us and stay off your warranty line.

Builder FAQ

Do you work with production and custom builders?

Both. We pre-wire for production builders running several homes at once and for custom builds where every room is different.

When do you need to be on site?

The two anchor visits are rough-in (after electrical, before insulation and drywall, when we pull all the cable) and trim-out (after paint, when we install and finish the devices). Depending on the scope, we're back in between as the build calls for it, and we coordinate with your other trades so we don't hold anyone up.

How far ahead should we schedule?

The sooner the better, but a couple of weeks before rough-in is usually plenty. Get us the plans early and we'll hold a spot in the schedule and flag anything worth wiring for while the walls are open.

How do I get pricing?

Email your plans or text us the address and square footage. We'll reply with one flat quote, locked up front, and we bill when the work is complete.

Can homeowners upgrade directly with you?

Yes. Buyers can add speakers, theater, or cameras and work with us directly on equipment choices, and we coordinate the timing with you. You're not stuck relaying AV decisions in the middle of a build.

What if a buyer wants to add something after drywall?

We quote it before we do it. Some additions are easy after drywall; others are far cheaper if we catch them at rough-in, which is exactly why we pre-wire a little generously in the first place.

What areas do you cover?

Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Tea, Brandon, Hartford, Dell Rapids, Lennox, Renner, and roughly an hour out. See the full service area.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we're fully insured. Our W-9 and certificate of insurance are available upon request, and we'll send them before we start so your file is complete.

How does the tax paperwork work?

We work as your subcontractor. Send us your Prime Contractor's Exemption Certificate for the project and we handle our part from there.
