The other guys will sell you a system so complicated you need a service call just to use it. We started in software, so we know exactly how much complexity a space actually needs. It's a lot less than they'll tell you. We'd just rather spec fewer, better components than pad a quote with things you'll never use.

Since when did a simple switch go out of style?
If someone's quoted you a whole-home automation system, ask them what it looks like in five years. These systems are expensive to install, they break in ways only that installer can fix, and most families end up using a fraction of what they paid for. Once the technology ages out, and it will, you're tied to one company to keep it running. We install audio, video, Wi-Fi and cameras that run on their own, with controls anyone in the house can figure out. It's your equipment, and you won't need us to use it.
